Job Title: Travel Sterile Processing Production Technician
Location: Long Beach, CA 90805
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Travel Rate: $1,232.50/week
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Sterile Processing Production Technician for an exciting job in Long Beach, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming loaner and consignment trays for accuracy and completeness.
Verify tray contents before and after sterilization, ensuring proper documentation.
Track tray movement and collaborate with SPD leadership to maintain workflow.
Communicate with vendors and team members to ensure timely processing.
Support daily production tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Identify and escalate tray or documentation discrepancies.
Maintain organized workspaces to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist with vendor coordination, deliveries, and recordkeeping.
Accurately record data in tracking systems for traceability and compliance.
Support quality assurance initiatives and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on SPD experience, including loaner and consignment trays.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Familiarity with instrument tracking systems and documentation.
Team-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
