Pay Rate: Up to $65/ hr comb i ned (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, hous i ng, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.  

Job Summary:  
Prov i des d i r ect  car e to pat i ents  i n a general med i cal-surg i cal sett i ng. Manages a var i ety of med i cal cond i t i ons,  ass i sts w i th post-operat i ve recovery, performs assessments, adm i n i sters med i cat i ons, and ensures pat i ent comfort and well-be i ng.  

Key Respons i b i l i t i es:  

• Assess, plan,  i mplement, and evaluate pat i ent  car e.  

• Mon i tor v i tal s i gns and pat i ent status.  

• Prov i de pre- and post-operat i ve  car e, wound  car e, and pa i n management.  

• Adm i n i ster med i cat i ons and treatments,  observ i ng for react i ons.  

• Ma i nta i n  accurate pat i ent records and collaborate w i th phys i c i ans and  car e teams.  

• Educate pat i ents and fam i l i es on  car e plans, med i cat i ons, and l i festyle mod i f i cat i ons.  

• Adhere to  i nfect i on control and safety protocols.  

• Respond to emergenc i es and  ass i st   i n l i fe-sav i ng procedures as needed.  

Requ i r ements:  

• RN l i cense  i n state of ass i gnment.  

• BLS  requ i r ed ; ACLS preferred.  

• Exper i ence  i n med i cal-surg i cal un i ts preferred.  

• Strong cl i n i cal, assessment, and commun i cat i on sk i lls.  

Work Env i r onment & Demands:  

• Hosp i tal sett i ngs (Med-Surg un i ts, post-op recovery, step-down).  

• Rotat i ng sh i fts, n i ghts, weekends, hol i days.  

• Phys i cal demands  i nclude stand i ng, l i ft i ng pat i ents/equ i pment, and stress management.
