Traffic Manager -Marketing Communications Job Category: Communications Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is seeking a Traffic Manager to lead high-impact work within the Corporate Communications organization, operating as a modern in‑house agency partner to the business. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Strategic Communications, Creative, and Events to deliver integrated programs that elevate the brand, support growth priorities, and strengthen enterprise reputation. The successful candidate will be a part of the Marketing Operations team within the company's Corporate Communications department, and report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. This role is located in Reston, VA but will consider candidates who are located on the East Coast. **Responsibilities:** + Run day-to-day workflow: intake triage, schedules, dependencies, and handoffs across teams. + Maintain the master production calendar and proactively resolve bottlenecks or conflicts. + Partner with Creative, Strategic Comms, Marketing, and Events to align scope and timelines. + Track deliverables against SLAs and report status, risks, and mitigations. + Manage change requests, approvals, and documentation to ensure audit-readiness. + Support vendor coordination and POs; reconcile hours and costs against plans.
