Salary: $3 per hour + Bonuses ($100-$200 per closed deal)

Job Description:

We are seeking two motivated and results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join our dynamic team. This remote position involves utilizing the internet and an international internet-based phone system to build a pipeline of home sellers, potential buyers, contractors, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make a minimum of 20 cold calls daily to warm markets within assigned ZIP codes and territories.
* Develop and prepare online advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and other relevant websites.
* Effectively match sellers' and buyers' needs to facilitate successful real estate deals.
* Engage in email and text marketing to nurture leads and maintain communication.
* Prepare mailers to Sellers and Cash Buyers on the weekly basis.
* Prapare daily 1-3 rehabilitation feasibility analysis on freshly assigned property ( we will train on our software).
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure pipeline growth and sales effectiveness.
* Utilize Hubstaff software for work monitoring, including taking screenshots during the workday to maintain productivity standards.

Requirements:

* Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish is a must.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse clients.
* Proven experience in sales or real estate is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Familiarity with online marketing and advertising strategies.
* Proficient in using communication tools and software for cold calling and marketing.
* Signing Non- Compete and Non- Circumvent agreement

Compensation:

* Base salary of $3 per hour, with the potential for bonuses ranging from $100 to $200 per closed deal.
* Opportunity for multiple profit centers and the chance to close several deals per week for top performers.
* Weekly pay with a one-week delay.
