Description In this position you will perform general patient access and registration duties in "EPIC", such as, answer telephones, make appointments, process referrals, maintain provider templates and appointment schedules, verify patient demographics and insurance coverage. We are an inbound appointing and messaging center. We receive inbound calls from patients, caregivers, providers, etc. We appoint for any services available in Specialty Care, transfer to other departments, or send electronic messages to the appropriate care team. Quick thinker, willing to adapt, strong stress management skills Computer savvy High School/GED required Workspace: - Employees who work from home are required to have a quiet and private workspace in the home. We must protect PHI (Patient Health Information) at all times. o Telecommuting should not be viewed or used as a substitute for dependent care. To dedicate full attention to work duties, telecommuters must make regular dependent care arrangements while telecommuting. o This is a remote work opportunity, but not suitable for nomadic employment. Candidates must reside in Washington or Idaho during their contract for employment - Agents are expected to join training and scheduled meetings with camera on Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
