The base salary for this position is $28.35 hourly.
The Golf Course Mechanic Helper assists other golf mechanics with inspecting, adjusting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical defects of all equipment assigned to the department. Under the supervision/guidance of the head mechanic or mechanic, duties include sharpening and height adjustments of all cutting units, general overhaul and maintenance of motors/small engines, preparing requisitions and ordering parts/supplies required to perform such repairs. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and will complete assignments efficiently. Previous related experience is preferred.
