Family Location: 92869 Summary: A bit about us: We’re a kind, loving, Christian family of three. We enjoy singing and dancing! We have two friendly dogs: a German Shepherd and a Husky. When we’re not working, we like trying new things as a family, going to the beach, and traveling. Both of us parents work long hours outside the home, so our schedules fluctuate and we typically work about 12 days a month (15-hour days).
Our two-year-old daughter is a sweet toddler and a big animal lover! She especially loves riding horses, feeding goats, and going to the zoo. She also likes music, storytime, swimming, and outdoor play!
A bit about you: You are a patient, kind, and attentive nanny who loves listening to children and enjoys spending time with them. You have strong morals and align with a gentle parenting style. You can be firm without raising your voice, and you are consistent. You are active and enjoy outdoor activities; you’re not afraid to get a little dirty! You are flexible to work any day of the week (with the month’s schedule provided 2 weeks in advance). Often, you are flexible to come in last minute if needed and willing to work on an occasional holiday such as Christmas Eve with advance notice. You’re also open to the idea of watching multiple kids since we may have a 2 nd child in the future. You’re looking for a trustworthy, appreciative, Christian family to grow with and be a part of for many years!
Job Duties: All child-care, including diaper changes, potty training, following nap routine, healthy meal prep and snacks for child, ensuring safety at all times, being present, reading, engaging in imaginative play, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, crafts, activities, outdoor time, and trips to the park, driving our child in your personal vehicle to the park and other activities/dance classes, light child-related tidying and organization, and communicating with the family.

Qualifications : 5 years minimum of childcare experience, which includes toddler and infant experience, a previous long-term nanny placement, potty training experience, CPR certified, valid Driver’s license, clean driving record, fluent in English, willing to take a Drug Screen, basic swim ability, intermediate cooking skills for healthy child’s meal prep, comfortable with dogs, able to engage children without screen time, and ideally not working with other families during employment with ours (due to our unique and demanding work schedules) unless we are on vacation.
Set yourself apart : You are bilingual and would be willing to share your language with our daughter and/or you are open to traveling with our family (willing to obtain a passport).
Schedule: Sunday-Saturday Availability (5a-8:30p)
*Schedule fluctuates between 1-5 days a week, with about 12 days a month Pay: $26-$30 an hour
