Job Title: Member Services Advocate (Entry-Level)
Position Purpose:
Serve as the first-line advocate for members and/or providers by resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns. Utilize multiple communication channels to deliver timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints. This role was previously known as Customer Service Representative or Call Center Representative.
Responsibilities:
+ Respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and promptly.
+ Mitigate and prevent complaints from escalating by resolving issues during initial contact.
+ Act as the front-line resolution advocate for various inquiries and requests.
+ Assess member or provider needs, identify root causes, and determine if issues require escalation to other departments.
+ Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics.
+ Provide customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone, live chat, and email.
+ Document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for quality and performance tracking.
+ Stay current with quality standards, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
+ Entry-level position; little or no previous experience required.
+ Equivalent experience through demonstrated knowledge, duties, and skills may be considered.
+ Experience multitasking across multiple systems and programs preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
