Job Description

Home Genius Exteriors is building an internal creative team and seeking a talented  Creative Director / Designer with strong home-improvement and direct-response experience. As our first in-house creative hire, you'll help transition us from an agency-heavy model to a scalable internal design function that supports national marketing, lead generation, and brand execution.

What You'll Do

• Design creative assets for digital, print, and direct-response campaigns
• Build advertising materials including display ads, social ads, landing page graphics, direct mail, and print collateral
• Manage large branded campaigns across multiple platforms to support lead generation
• Provide hands-on creative execution while also guiding the creative direction across projects
• Collaborate with marketing, intake, and leadership teams to align creative with business goals
• Oversee external agencies or creative partners when needed
• Develop templates, brand standards, and scalable workflows for future creative team members
• Help establish and grow our internal creative function over time

What We're Looking For

• Must have: Strong design background with home-improvement industry or direct-response advertising experience
• Full design skill set across digital, print, and lead-generation channels
• Experience producing campaign assets with a focus on driving leads, not just brand impressions
• Ability to manage agencies while also executing hands-on design work
• Creative thinker with the ability to concept, test, and iterate quickly
• Someone who can hit the ground running as the first creative team member
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working hybrid from our Cleveland location
