Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Designer to join our dynamic, fast-paced in-house creative team. This role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and produce impactful visual content across digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical precision, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong typographic skills, and a deep understanding of design principles.
Develop, design, and produce final creative assets for marketing and brand initiatives.
Create and maintain visual assets including icons, templates, layouts, and patterns for use across all media platforms.
Ensure brand consistency and visual cohesion across all digital, print, and video deliverables.
Independently design creative concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that align with strategic goals.
Apply user-centered design principles and maintain familiarity with UX/UI fundamentals.
Consult on photography direction and selection as needed.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality output.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating design concepts and project timelines clearly.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative strategies, and departmental initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned while supporting the organization’s goals and values.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of professional experience in creative design, visual communication, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma .
Strong understanding of typography, page layout, color theory, and illustration.
Knowledge of print production processes and digital media best practices.
Ability to design for multiple formats (web, mobile, eCommerce, print, social media).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities.
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with UX/UI design tools and methodologies (Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience participating in formal brainstorming and design thinking processes is a plus.
